At LMPS we operate a Keyperson system. This means that each member of staff has particular responsibility for a small group of children. The Keyperson is there to ensure that the needs of each child in their group is met.

At Lydiard Millicent Pre-School we positively encourage parental involvement, as well as having the opportunity to discuss your child’s progress with their keyperson during a session.

Keypersons also provide parents with regular reports on their child’s progress.
